• tolong berhenti tanya soalan yang sama berulang kali pada saya,okay? saya tertekan. “dah cari kerja?” “dah dapat kerja?” “dah kerja?”. huii, letih la nak menjawab. dah la baru dapat view result last sem tu dua tiga hari lepas.. haih..

    saya dah isi apa yang patut. perlu ke saya bagitau pada satu dunia? lagi satu, konvo pn belum lagi,okay?!

    bukan saya nak bandingkan dengan orang lain yang dah konvo tahun lepas tapi masih tak dapat2 kerja tu.. tapi cuba la faham situasi saya. saya baru habis sangat [belajar]. saya pun takde niat nak relaks2.. ikutkan hati memang nk terus kerja apa2 je lps exm aritu tapi diorang suruh balik kg. dah balik, sibuk pulak suruh cari kerja. tak faham btol!

    nanti dah kerja, diorang tanya soalan lain pulak. percaya la. soalan2 tu takkan habis ditanya selagi saya hidup kat muka bumi ni. bosan betol!

    1. Now is the only, Time that is important

    • How often do we find ourselves worrying about the future?
    • Anxiety about the future takes up a significant portion of our thoughts.
    • But, to be honest, worrying about the future doesn’t help in any way.
    • If you always live in the past or future you will never be able to relax. To be in a state of relaxation means LIVING ONLY IN THE PRESENT MOMENT.

    2. Deep Breathing

    • With its focus on full, cleansing breaths, deep breathing is a simple, yet powerful, relaxation technique.
    • Deep breathing is the cornerstone of many other relaxation practices, too, and can be combined WITH OTHER RELAXING ELEMENTS SUCH AS AROMATHERAPY AND MUSIC.
    • All you really need is A FEW MINUTES AND A PLACE TO STRETCH OUT.

    3. A change is as good as a rest

    • Life should not be a constantly repeating soap opera. If you find yourself stuck in the same routine, DO   SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT.
    • O FOR A WALK OR DO SOME SPORTING ACTIVITY. The change of scene and activity will help you relax and get away from the monotony and frustration of daily activity.

    4. Your environment Matters

    • Where you spend time has a subtle influence over your state of mind.
    • Consciously we may not be always aware of this; however, you will notice that in some rooms it?s easier to relax and be at peace.
    • If you TIDY UP THE ROOM AND CREATE A PLEASANT ENVIRONMENT, it will make a big difference to your state of mind and enable you to relax.
    • Don’t be reluctant to spend a bit of money on things like AIR-FRESHENERS AND FLOWERS.
    • Spend time TIDYING UP YOUR LIVING/WORK ENVIRONMENT. It is essential to relaxation and will also make you more productive.

    D*mn! I thought it was easy to write but it wasn’t. New blog makes me stressed. I cannot talking craps anymore. Actually nobody stop me from talking nonsense but it was me who are trying so hard to not blogs like before. Feels like I wanna quit blogging here. I don’t belong to this world.
